About The Position

Ulland Brothers, Inc., is a Civil/Highway-Heavy, aggregate, paving and site development contractor with offices in Carlton, Virginia and Albert Lea, MN. Ulland Brothers has operated in the construction industry for over 100 years. Ulland Brothers has an immediate opening for the operators on the asphalt crew. We are looking for dedicated and career minded employees. This position offers great pay and union benefits. This is a safety sensitive position.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years related experience.
• Good ability and knowledge in the operation and maintenance of such equipment as listed above.
• Required to perform repair and maintenance duties such as cleaning, greasing, and oiling machines.

Responsibilities

• Operates and repairs various types of paving equipment including but not limited to: Asphalt Paver, Loader, Roller, Distributer.
• Perform additional assignments as requested including ongoing in person or online training.
