The Pavilion is a quick-service, counter-style restaurant located next to the Club's three outdoor pools. Pavilion Servers play an important role in delivering fast, friendly service while creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our Members and guests throughout the summer. Responsibilities

Greet Members and guests promptly and provide immediate attention at the counter
Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate special requests to the culinary team
Deliver food to Members and guests in a timely and professional manner
Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area, middle terrace, tables, chairs, and floors
Support pool staff with ongoing cleaning and maintenance needs
Set up the Pavilion for service and complete the assigned opening and closing side work
Monitor stock levels and maintain adequate food and beverage supplies
Conduct periodic inventory checks throughout the day
Keep kitchen equipment, counters, and floors clean at all times-clean as you go
Monitor and maintain restroom cleanliness and supplies
Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate issues when needed
