About The Position

Sir Lines-A-Lot provides traffic control services and pavement markings on roads and parking lots. Our company has recently grown to 200+ employees, and we are looking for a Pavement Marking Laborer to join us on our Operations team. We have locations in MN, WI, SD, ND, and IA. Pavement Marking Laborer will be working out of the Maple Lake, MN location. This role will be responsible for performing a wide variety of pavement marking related activities at the direction of the foreman.

Requirements

Driver's License Required
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
Willing to work outdoors in all types of weather.
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Ability to obtain a medical examiner's card (physical).

Nice To Haves

CDL Preferred
Pavement Marking and/or Traffic Control experience desirable.

Responsibilities

Work with crew to install thermoplastic, paint and other pavement marking materials.
Clean and prepare pavement for paint, epoxy, tape, or thermoplastic.
Paint long lines (highway) and short lines (intersections -arrows, messages; parking lots)
Lift, carry, load, and unload construction items including pavement marking supplies, safety cones, stencils, etc.
Perform and complete all work in compliance with DOT and quality guidelines, while maximizing production.
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned by management.
