About The Position

The Patron Shuttle Bus Driver (non-CDL) is responsible for safely transporting employees or guests to and from the casino in a timely manner utilizing casino shuttles and providing superior guest service. Duties include ensuring that the casino shuttle buses are clean and presentable at all times and reporting incidents and safety hazards to department manager as needed. Performs additional job duties as assigned by the department manager. Starting wage is $21.00/hr increasing to $21.50/hr at successful completion of 90-day orientation period. This full-time position features excellent employer-paid medical, dental, vision and life insurance benefits.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Must have a valid Washington State Drivers License (no CDL required)
  • Must have 3 years driving experience driving a shuttle bus or similar type of vehicle
  • Proof of an excellent driving record required
  • Must provide a recent copy of driving abstract
  • Must be able to work all scheduled shifts and to include day, swing, graveyard, and holidays
  • Must be able to reach, grasp, stand and walk while cleaning the exterior and interior of the casino shuttle buses
  • Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds with the mobility to climb stairs on a routine basis
  • Must be able to tolerate a casino smoke-filled environment
  • Must be able to work outdoors in inclement weather
  • Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions.
  • All applicants must obtain a Class III B license as required by the Puyallup Tribal Gaming Regulatory Office and the Washington State Gaming Commission.

  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Additional education or related experience may substitute for the minimum requirements of the position.
