The Patron Services Senior Representative is a part-time position within the Patron Services department of the Houston Symphony. This role is focused on upholding the Symphony's customer service mission, which aims to create raving fans at every customer touch point. The representative will proactively offer superior service, personalized care, and a positive experience that exceeds customer expectations. Responsibilities include processing subscription and single ticket orders, ensuring accurate completion of transactions, engaging in cross-selling and up-selling, assisting with training new employees, and promoting Patron Services incentive contests. Concert duty is also a part of the role, along with performing additional duties as required by the Houston Symphony.
