About The Position

The Patrolling Security Officer position involves ensuring the safety and security of client property and personnel by actively monitoring the premises. This role includes patrolling in a company-provided vehicle on public roadways, completing detailed and accurate incident reports, and acting as a liaison between Securitas and the Detroit Police Department. The position is essential for maintaining a safe environment and providing customer service to clients and their employees.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Michigan Driver's License.
• Must be an extremely safe and responsible driver.
• Ability to work independently.
• Must have excellent Customer Service skills.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.
• Must meet applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard.

Nice To Haves

• Retail, food service, or hospitality industry background is a plus.
