As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will interact with staff, visitors, and patients, providing outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post, so you will operate a company or client vehicle as part of your patrol duties. Join a team that values integrity, teamwork, and putting people first.

Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond appropriately to emergency situations.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access.
Observe and report any unusual activities or incidents that may impact the location, following established protocols.
Collaborate with facility staff and visitors to address concerns and provide assistance as needed.
Maintain thorough documentation of daily activities, incidents, and/or any security-related occurrences as required by Allied Universal and site policies.
Remain alert to the unique needs and requirements of a healthcare environment while performing assigned duties.
