Patriot Program Integrator

Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as a Program Integrator (PI) in support of the Patriot Romania Program. This program office role is a part of the Central & Eastern Europe Portfolio. In this position you will be a key member of the program leadership team in managing overall program execution of the recently awarded $946M Romania Additional Patriot (RAP) contract, in addition to leading proposals and supporting the capture activity for new scope. You will be working closely with, and influence the Patriot Product Line, functional team members, and other program office teammates. You will assist with providing tactical direction for program execution and maintain program cadence to ensure contract and company requirements, deliverables, and reporting are met using the approved business model and management tools. This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable program-level experience and exposure for candidates seeking to grow their career in Program Management. In addition to the internal responsibilities, you will also interface with the customer for various topics to include but not limited to Technical Interchange Meetings, Executive Program Reviews, customer working groups, hardware and services acceptance events, meetings with key industrial partners, customer working groups and business growth discussions. In addition, you will be supporting future business growth initiatives by leading FMS and DCS proposal captures in support of the Romania portfolio.
