Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) is crucial for ensuring products are safe, reliable, maintainable, and delivered on time, supporting engineering teams, program offices, and customers throughout the product lifecycle. Key LCE expertise includes facilitating smooth transitions of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and facilities from Raytheon to government or military personnel. As a Patriot Deployment Program Lead, you will be an integral part of a collaborative team focused on sustainment and maintenance activities aligned with the LADS product line sustainment strategy. You will work closely with other Life Cycle and Field Engineering sustainment professionals to drive strategic sustainment initiatives, enhance maintenance operations, foster business growth, engage with end users, and promote process improvements, all while adhering to company policies. This onsite role involves direct interaction with customers and coordination with both domestic and international teams to ensure effective support for the LADS product line.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) or managing program cost, schedule and performance.

  • Patriot-specific experience in operations, maintenance, or similar systems.

  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities with consistency and accountability.
  • Successful development of customer relationships to meet contractual obligations.

Responsibilities

  • Contract execution including scope of work, cost, performance, schedule and risk management
  • Estimate At Completion (EAC) reviews as applicable
  • Financial and Contract Deliverable Requirements List (CDRL) reporting as applicable
  • Field activity support
  • Shared product management
  • Communication and Transparency with MIR employees on the contract
  • Using field expertise to support and update Field Event Tracker (FET)
  • Build relationships across the business and customer points of contact
  • Support on time delivery of CDRLs for the MIR contracts
  • Complete proposal requests
  • Attend customer meeting
  • Assist in tasking coverage for employees on the contract
  • Global Patriot Support information on the Technical Assist (TA) database for FMS customers
  • Compliance with customer policies, specifications, and requirements
  • Continuous support improvement
  • Conducting briefings and reporting to senior management and customer
  • Strategic planning and execution for long-term, affordable operational readiness support to exceed Warfighter needs
