About The Position

N Street Village is seeking a strategic and mission-driven Program Manager of Case Management Services to oversee a dedicated team providing holistic care to women experiencing homelessness. Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field with 2+ years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of direct case management or human services experience
  • Associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience in client services or nonprofit settings
  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience in a direct service context
  • Understanding of trauma-informed care, housing systems, and resource navigation
  • Skilled in conflict resolution, team development, and program strategy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management databases
  • Organized, compassionate, and driven by client-centered principles

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the Case Management team, including Assistant Manager, Case Managers, and Housing Specialists
  • Develop and implement trauma-informed service protocols, tools, and performance benchmarks
  • Ensure quality assurance and compliance with agency, funder, and regulatory standards
  • Identify service gaps and launch solutions that enhance support delivery
  • Prepare timely, accurate programmatic reports for leadership and funders
  • Oversee all aspects of intake, assessment, case planning, and individualized goal setting
  • Support high-risk cases and step in with direct care or crisis intervention as needed
  • Coordinate with external service partners across housing, healthcare, and legal systems
  • Monitor client progress and ensure continued access to community-based resources
  • Provide supervision, coaching, and professional development for direct service staff
  • Facilitate team meetings, reflective supervision, and ongoing training
  • Model trauma-informed leadership and cultivate an inclusive, high-accountability environment
  • Track staff schedules, leave, performance goals, and training compliance
  • Maintain accurate, confidential case records in the client database
  • Analyze trends in client outcomes and use data to inform program planning
  • Contribute to grant narratives, renewal proposals, and impact reports
