About The Position
New England Patio & Hearth is seeking a dedicated and friendly Sales Associate for our Outdoor Patio Furniture and Fireplace Company. This position is available for both full-time and part-time employment, with a pay starting at $17.50 per hour. The ideal candidate must be at least 18 years old and possess strong communication skills. While knowledge of patio furniture and experience with the QuickBooks program are advantageous, we are willing to train the right individual. This role requires the ability to work weekends and some holidays, as customer service is a priority in our business. We are looking to hire several associates immediately, and applicants are encouraged to apply in person at our Wethersfield, CT location. The position involves working 24 to 40 hours per week, with an 8-hour shift schedule. We value dependability, adaptability, and attention to detail in our team members, as these traits contribute to a successful sales environment.
