About The Career: Processes incoming and outgoing calls that have been queued into the switchboard using the communications equipment provided. Announces hospital Emergency Codes over intercom and phone system as needed. Collections and posting of patient balances and setting up of payment plans. Assist customers/patients with billing questions and resolve their concerns. Perform follow-up patient phone calls. Works directly with customer/patient walk-ins in all aspects of patient accounts.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to effectively communicate, verbally, and non-verbally, in a clear, concise manner.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Customer Service experience preferred
