About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Transport patients to and from their inpatient beds and other areas.
• Retrieve medical records, lab results, supplies, and medications.
• Monitor transport requests and complete them promptly.
• Comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Assist with patient handling and lifting using appropriate safety equipment.
• Transport patients safely and efficiently between various departments.
• Validate patients' identity based on established department protocol.
• Remain alert to patient condition and communicate changes to clinical staff promptly.
• Maintain accurate daily logs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
