About The Position
The Patient Transporter is responsible for the transportation of patients to and from the Imaging Services modalities while ensuring HIPAA guidelines. Maintains patients comfort and utilizes safe transfer techniques.
Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Experience: 0-2 yrs
- Certifications: BLS/CPR (AMERICAN HEART ASSN)
- #LI-NW1
Responsibilities
- Safely transports patients throughout the facility utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Maintains Transport and Patient Holding equipment.
- Assists technologists and departments
