Responsibilities

• Make patient service, care, and satisfaction the priority in every interaction.
• Interact with patients to ensure a smooth and comfortable departure from their room.
• Ensure that patients pay the parking fee for valet vehicles.
• Facilitate a smooth transition for patients to their vehicles with valet staff.
• Look out for the safety and well-being of all employees, customers, and co-workers.
• Report all incidents in accordance with company policies.
• Perform any other duties specifically assigned by a supervisor or manager.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the front valet area.
