The Supervisor maintains day to day oversight of the Patient Transport Services department ensuring the safe, timely and customer service focused movement of patients. Responsible for all aspects of staff management, promoting and developing the highest standards of work performance and customer service. Oversees the effective receipt, prioritization and actuation of patient transport requests. Provides training, coaching and education to transport team members. The supervisor consults with other departments to respond to transport needs.Transport Services runs in conjuction with our Housekeeping department, any EVS experience is welcomed

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • One (1) year experience in a Healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

  • The Supervisor maintains day to day oversight of the Patient Transport Services department ensuring the safe, timely and customer service focused movement of patients.
  • Responsible for all aspects of staff management, promoting and developing the highest standards of work performance and customer service.

  • A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $70,304.00 to $99,590.40 on an annualized basis.
  • The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
