Job Description: Take patients by wheelchair or stretcher while using our vans, fuel, insurance, etc. Always maintain a positive and constructive attitude Ensure vehicles are safe and clean Exhibits a detail-oriented etiquette and friendly attitude at all times when on the job Handles patient needs for many different types of medical procedures Maintain a broad knowledge base of partner requirements regarding entry, locations, preferences, etc. Ensure all appointments are on-time and reduce wait times Assist in communications to dispatch, patients and coworkers Comply with Caliber daily guidelines and procedures Comply with all Caliber safety rules, guidelines and standards Perform other duties as required to successfully meet the needs of the business

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Must be at least 25 years of age and have a valid driver's license with a minimum Five (5) years driving history
Eligible for coverage under Caliber's insurance policy (Not an excluded driver)
Organization and multi-tasking; adapts easily to fast-paced environment
Personable, friendly demeanor with "Compassionate" customer service approach to internal and external customers
Maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance
Fluency in English Required : Ability to effectively communicate with others, oral and written
Ability to read and understand basics of assignment instructions
Position is based outside and in vehicles with moderate noise levels
Caliber operates 365 days a year, meaning hot/cold and wet/dry
Specific vision abilities required by this job include near/far vision requirements for driving, including dark/nights
Regularly required to talk or hear
Frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms
The job may require lifting up to 70 lbs and long periods of sitting while behind the wheel.
