The Resource Center Transport Dispatcher role supports hospital operations by coordinating patient transport and environmental services (EVS) while also providing occasional direct transport assistance as workload requires. This position functions as a centralized communication hub, managing high-volume incoming communications, dispatching tasks, coordinating specialty beds and equipment, supporting scheduling and daily operations, and ensuring efficient patient flow while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining safety and confidentiality standards.
