About The Position

Requirements

  • Knowledge and skills related to specific areas of expertise such as Stroke, Wound Care, and Phlebotomy.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cleaning functions in assigned areas to maintain a quality patient environment.
  • Stock supplies as needed to ensure availability for patient care.
  • Transport patients, supplies, specimens, and equipment as required.
  • Assist oncology/infusion operating room staff and PACU staff with patient care needs.
  • Train new staff in their roles and responsibilities.
  • Participate in performance improvement activities and quality assurance as directed by the Unit Manager.
  • Adhere to hospital policies and infection control procedures.
