About The Position

We are looking for a friendly and organized Patient Support Specialist to join our team! In this role, you’ll travel to different offices within the Central Indiana region to support Primary Care technicians, opticians, and patient services representatives. Your assignments will vary depending on workload and staff needs, so every day brings something new. Location: Traveling position supporting multiple Midwest practices in Central Indiana Wage: $17.00-$18.00 per hour What You’ll Do: Assist at multiple offices with administrative and clinical tasks Support Primary Care technicians, opticians, and patient services staff Adapt to different office needs and learn new processes quickly Take a proactive approach to training and professional development Help maintain smooth operations while providing exceptional patient support If you love helping others, enjoy variety, and are ready for a role that combines travel, learning, and patient care, we want to hear from you!
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Polite, professional, and courteous with patients and colleagues
- Ability to motivate and support a team environment
- Proactive, adaptable, and ready for a fast-paced, varied schedule
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in an optometry environment preferred
