About The Position

Patient Support Specialists assist at various offices within their region, performing administrative and clinical functions. This includes preparing patients and exam rooms for eye examinations, performing preliminary testing, advising patients on the best lens options for their needs, collecting necessary information for patient visits, collecting patient copays, and providing patient services throughout each patient's visit to ensure a positive experience. This is a traveling position, supporting Midwest practices in the Toledo, Ohio Region.
