About The Position

This is not your typical job. This is a dynamic, traveling role where you become a trusted support partner to our practices. You will bring consistency, positiveness, and reliability wherever you go, helping both patients and staff feel confident and cared for. No medical experience? That is completely okay. We provide hands-on training, dedicated trainers, and mentorship so you can build your skills and succeed with confidence.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- You enjoy working with people and being part of a team
- You are detail oriented and organized
- You communicate clearly and professionally
- You take initiative and are eager to learn new skills3
- You bring a positive attitude and adapt easily to change
- You are motivated by helping others and making an impact
Nice To Haves
- Previous optometry experience is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Step into different practices and provide support where it is needed most
- Learn and assist in key areas including patient services, clinic, and optical
- Build strong relationships with doctors and team members across multiple locations
- Help create a smooth and welcoming experience for every patient
- Stay organized, adaptable, and ready to jump in wherever you are needed
