About The Position
The Supervisor oversees the activities, training and evaluation of the PSS and Resource CPSA team to ensure the mission of both teams: delivery of products and services at maximum quality including, but not limited to, patient transport, lab specimen transport, patient care activities, delivery of nursing equipment, assistance with emergencies and nearly all Codes hospital-wide, as well as all patient in-person and remote constant observation needs in a manner consistent with UVMMC's goals and objectives in providing superior patient care. In support of the PSS and CPSA teams' mission, the core responsibilities of the Supervisor includes key domains of management of personnel, management of processes and resources, and critical communication skills.
