In this role, you'll handle inbound and outbound calls while supporting patient access through scheduling, documentation, and coordination of care-related communications. This includes communicating with providers via phone, email, or through secure messaging within the clinical portal, as well as relaying information between provider and patient, such as medication requests or requests for specialty services. Patient Support Representatives serve as a liaison between patients and clinical teams, ensuring timely and accurate appointment scheduling, referral coordination, and overall service delivery. Project Overview Location: 100% Remote (Work From Home) BroadPath Orientation: 2/20/2026 Product Training Start: 2/23/2026 Training Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM PST 4 weeks training + 2 weeks nesting Project Duration: Steady State (This project operates without a predetermined end date, and it is based on their performance and the client's needs) Hours of Operation: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST Post-Training Schedule: 40 hours per week 8 hours per day + 30-minute lunch Scheduled 5 days per week

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a call center environment within the last 4 years
  • Minimum 1 year tenure at current or previous position(s) worked

Responsibilities
