We are seeking a highly motivated Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our Patient Services Department (PSD). This job can be performed 100% remotely and out of state candidates will be considered. The goal of the Healthcare Customer Service Representative is to elevate the University of Colorado patient experience by addressing questions/concerns and fielding correspondence requests primarily received via phone in a call center environment.
