About The Position

We are an outpatient physical therapy clinic in Lacey, WA that is experiencing rapid growth. We won 1st place for "Best of South Sound Physical Therapy Clinic" in 2023 and in 2025. We have an amazing team. We believe in education, and provide training, teaching, and coaching. We provide advanced technologies including regenerative therapies: shockwave, EMTT, pulsed radio frequency, PEMF, red light, and infra red sauna. You will work with a diverse and talented team that cares deeply for our patients and community. Skills Needed: This role is part patient guide, part sales conversion specialist, and part front-end care coordinator that includes administrative duties like scheduling and navigating multiple electronic platforms. You will help bridge the gap between a therapist’s clinical recommendations and a patient’s decision to move forward with care that is cash pay such as regenerative therapies or wellness services. This is an ideal role for someone who is confident in relationship-based sales, comfortable discussing high-value wellness services, and motivated by helping people say “yes” to the care that can change their outcomes. Office hours are 7:00 am - 6:30pm Monday & Tuesday, Wed- Friday 7am - 6pm. We can work with a varied schedule. This position is 40 hours a week. Requirements

  • Two or more years of experience in a sales role
  • Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service & sales
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Familiar with computers and scheduling software
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills

Responsibilities

  • Helping patients understand the value of our premium recovery and wellness services (training will be provided on what service aligns with what diagnoses and goals).
  • Converting recommended treatment plans into paid programs and memberships
  • Re-engaging past leads and inactive prospects. Please provide evidence of your experience with this.
  • Following up with current patients who may benefit from upgrading into advanced regenerative or longevity services
  • Scheduling and coordinating care
  • Creating a smooth, premium patient experience from recommendation to ongoing retention
  • Scheduling patients using an electronic medical record system, minimizing no shows/cancels, handle payments
  • Ability to make people feel comfortable on the phone and in person by maintaining meaningful conversation
  • Strong phone skills with ability to sense on the phone what people truly need and get them talking about their goals and how their problem is affecting their life
