The Patient Services Technician, under the direction of the area supervisor, performs daily patient service activities at the Patient Services Center (PSC) or as an In-office Patient Services Technician (PST). This role involves interacting professionally and courteously with clients, patients, and other PathGroup personnel. The technician is responsible for accurately and timely performing both forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties, adhering to established practices and procedures.
