About The Position

The Patient Services Supervisor will oversee functions of Patient Services, which may include Mobile Phlebotomy, In-Office Phlebotomy, and Patient Service Centers. This role encompasses responsibility for all activities of the function, including but not limited to, training of all personnel, managing all daily operations, and staffing of Patient Service Centers (PSCs). The supervisor is also responsible for ensuring the maintenance of a safe, professional environment in all supervised facilities.
