Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly and assist with the check-in and check-out processes.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, managing calendars to optimize provider availability.
  • Verify patient insurance coverage and process necessary authorizations or referrals.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to patient inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
  • Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure timely patient care and follow-up.
  • Handle billing inquiries and assist patients with payment processing as needed.
  • Support the implementation of office policies and procedures to enhance patient service quality.
