About The Position

Valley View's busy Pediatric Partners clinic is seeking an energetic, full-time, patient-focused Patient Services Specialist to be the first contact for our patients in the front office! This is a day/evening position with rotating weekends! Bilingual required (English/Spanish)!! The Patient Service Specialist also assists with all billing and collection efforts as necessary and in a timely manner. Patient care background preferred.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Clerical: typing, filing, scheduling, computer, phone
  • Exceptional customer service skills required
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Receptionist/clerical experience required
  • Patient care background preferred
  • Experience in a clinical setting highly preferred.
