Provides front office support duties including, but not limited to: greeting and welcoming patients, providing excellent customer service both in-person and over the phone, collecting co-payments, scheduling appointments, updating missing patient demographics, obtaining referrals and pre-certifications, and other clerical duties as assigned. Communicates and models the mission and values of CaroMont Health.
