About The Position

Valley View's busy Women's Health clinic is seeking an energetic, full-time, patient-focused Patient Services Specialist to be the first contact for our patients in the front office! Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clerical: typing, filing, scheduling, computer, phone
• Exceptional customer service skills required
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Receptionist/clerical experience required
• Patient care background preferred
• Experience in a clinical setting highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Providing patients and physicians with professional and friendly reception duties
• Organizing patient flow
• Keeping physicians and patients on schedule
• Maintaining patient files and accounts in a professionally accurate manner
• Handling phone calls for the office manager, physicians, and nurses appropriately
• Assisting with all billing and collection efforts as necessary and in a timely manner
