About The Position

UW Medicine OB/GYN & Primary Care Clinic at Roosevelt location has an outstanding opportunity for a Patient Services Specialist 2. Providing staff, providers, and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications, including phone answering and call triaging Partnering with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery UW Medical Center is an acute care academic medical center located in Seattle with two campuses: Montlake and Northwest. Requirements

High school graduation or equivalent AND One year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience OR An equivalent combination of education/experience

Responsibilities

Providing staff, providers, and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications, including phone answering and call triaging
Scheduling provider and ancillary service appointments
Obtaining patient demographic, financial, and clinical information
Partnering with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery
Other duties as requested
