Harborview Medical Center- Sexual Health Clinic has an outstanding opportunity for a Patient Services Specialist 2 position. WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time, 100% FTE 40 hours per week Monday- Friday 900am-600pm POSITION HIGHLIGHTS Conveniently located near public transportation. DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION The Sexual Health Clinic (SHC) provides both appointments and walk-ins for HIV and STI testing and treatment. Requirements

High school graduation or equivalent AND One year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience OR An equivalent combination of education/experience

Responsibilities

Providing staff, providers, and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications, including phone answering and call triaging
Scheduling provider and ancillary service appointments
Obtaining patient demographic, financial, and clinical information
Partnering with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery
Other duties as requested
