Requirements

  • LPN or hospital experience.

Responsibilities

  • Answering phone calls and greeting patients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Updating insurance information and patient demographics.
  • Providing information to patients as allowed by certification and company policy; escalating calls to LPN or RN as needed.
  • Assisting with reminder calls.
  • Scheduling and rescheduling appointments over the phone.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.
