About The Position
Do you have a passion for people? Love interacting with and guiding patients? Like the hustle and bustle of a busy clinic? Join ROC as a Patient Services Representative! This position will remain posted until filled. You would be the first and last employee our main clinic patients would interact with. You could make patients feel less nervous or scared to visit our team or make a patient’s day by giving them a warm welcome. Your attention to detail will allow for the correct information to be provided to the clinical team and ensure the correct billing is taken care of for the patient. You are essential to facilitating a great patient experience. ROC is expanding with two more operating suites opening in 2025. Join our team to be part of the growth and excitement!
