Key Responsibilities Greet and assist patients and visitors in person and over the phone with professionalism and a positive attitude. Monitor call queues and patient wait times, ensuring efficient service. Maintain accurate patient accounts, process payments, and balance cash drawers. Enter and verify insurance and patient information with a high level of accuracy. Schedule patient appointments appropriately based on clinic protocols. Assist with medical record requests and chart preparation. Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming. Uphold patient privacy and rights by maintaining strict confidentiality. Respond to patient concerns or complaints professionally and efficiently.
