Job Description: What You’ll Do: Provide a welcoming and friendly first point of contact for patients, ensuring a positive experience. Perform receptionist, registration, and clerical duties to support patient care. Schedule appointments using computerized scheduling programs. Verify insurance benefits and obtain prior authorizations as needed. Process payments, including co-pays and deductibles, and refer patients to financial counselors when necessary. Ensure timely and accurate entry of patient demographic, billing, and clinical information. Answer phone calls and assist patients with inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
