A Patient Services Representative is responsible for greeting patients, promoting user-friendly technologies, explaining financial responsibilities, collecting payments, scheduling follow-up appointments, updating personal and insurance information, and connecting patients with financial support when needed. They play a key role in ensuring a positive patient experience through excellent customer service at UPMC facilities. This position will work Monday - Friday, 8am to 4:30pm in our Bellefield building in Oakland PA.
