UPMC is hiring a Full-Time Patient Services Representative to help support their University OB/GYN team at Magee Women's Hospital! Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. No evenings, weekends, or holidays! Location: Magee Women's Hospital - 300 Halket St., Pittsburgh, PA 15213. Some travel to other community sites may be required to support staffing needs, as needed. Position Specifics: This position will check patients in/out, schedule appointments via in person, phone, and MyUPMC App requests along with additional administrative duties/projects. The ideal candidate must be able to type and understand applications applicable (Epic, Microsoft). In addition, the candidate should possess professionalism and customer service background. Previous Epic experience is preferred.
