About The Position

Northside Hospital is an award-winning, state-of-the-art, and continually growing healthcare provider. The Patient Services Representative is responsible for performing a variety of administrative support duties related to patient care. This includes scheduling appointments, gathering and distributing information for patient collections and billing, and facilitating hospital admissions for patients. The position requires working patiently, efficiently and accurately to ensure an ideal patient experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education (GED) or post-secondary education or (1) one year work experience
• One (1) year of medical office experience or two (2) years of secretarial office experience

• Working knowledge and ability to perform accurately and efficiently on computer
