This role involves pre-registration and registration of new patients, scheduling appointments, and providing essential clerical support. You’ll be cross-trained in all front desk functions to ensure seamless operations. As a compassionate and empathetic advocate for our patients, you’ll gather accurate demographic, financial, and insurance information necessary for billing and collections. You will also conduct thorough screenings for workers’ compensation, Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care patients, ensuring compliance with pre-certification and eligibility requirements.
