We’re partnering with a patient-centered neurology practice seeking a Patient Services Representative to support front office operations and patient coordination. This role is ideal for someone who brings professionalism, compassion, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced clinical setting. What You’ll Be Doing Serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing a welcoming and professional experience Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments Verify patient demographics, insurance eligibility, and required documentation Obtain prior authorizations for visits, procedures, imaging, and medications Collect copays and assist with basic billing inquiries Manage incoming calls, faxes, and medical record requests Scan and upload documentation into the EHR system Coordinate referrals, diagnostic testing, and follow-up communication
