Founded by board-certified dermatologist Dr. David Berman, BSI provides medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology across Northern California. Requirements

  • 2+ year customer service or medical office experience preferred
  • Friendly, professional, and dependable
  • Strong multitasking and computer skills
  • Comfortable in a busy environment
  • High school diploma required
  • Available for occasional Saturdays

  • Interest in healthcare, dermatology, or aesthetics a plus

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and check in patients
  • Answer phones and assist with questions
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Educate patients on services and next steps
  • Verify insurance eligibility
  • Update patient demographics
  • Collect copays and process payments
  • Document visits in EMR
  • Work closely with medical assistants and providers
  • Help keep clinic flow organized and on time
  • Prepare patients for visits when needed
