About The Position
INTEGRIS Health Cardiovascular Physicians Baptist, Oklahoma’s largest not-for-profit health system, is seeking a Patient Services Representative in Oklahoma City, OK. This full-time position works Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm with the Cardiology team, providing exceptional care to patients. The role involves various administrative and patient interaction tasks, contributing to INTEGRIS Health's mission of partnering with people to live healthier lives by providing unprecedented access to quality and compassionate healthcare. Responsibilities
- Answering telephones
- Taking concise messages
- Scanning and indexing information into the medical record
- Handling requests for medical records
- Performing basic scheduling
- Requiring population specific competencies
- Adhering to National Patient Safety Goals as appropriate based on the level of patient contact this position requires
