Medical Associates Health Plans is hiring a part-time, Patient Services Representative to answer phones, emails, and perform office tasks in our Patient Services Department, a 24-hour patient assistance line. During your shift, you will work closely with a small team to triage phone calls, set up and cancel appointments, reporting, update doctor schedule, fax documents, and take switchboard calls. Schedule: Hours for this position will be 4 hour evening shifts, Monday-Friday. This position will be required to work some weekends and holidays. Excellent shift differential and ability to work from home once trained!
