About The Position
Patient Services Representative Rocky Mountain Medical Center is seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our fast-paced, multi-specialty practice as a Patient Services Representative within our Medical Billing Department. This position plays a key role in supporting front-end financial operations, including patient payments, account inquiries, and daily cash handling. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

- Previous medical office or billing experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Process patient and insurance payments accurately and efficiently
- Balance and reconcile cash drawer on a daily basis
- Prepare and complete daily deposits
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
- Respond to patient account inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all financial transactions
