Requirements

• Proven experience - at least 1 year - in dental administration - REQUIRED!
• Experience with Dentrix is required
• Knowledge of dentistry and dental procedures
• Highly flexible, detail-oriented, reliable and trustworthy

Nice To Haves

• Spanish-speaking a plus

Responsibilities

• Answering the phone and distributing calls or messages accordingly
• Verifying insurances and confirming patient information
• Providing patients with information of dental services, memberships, and treatments that are provided in the offices
• Providing excellent customer service
