  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of work experience in medical billing or patient registration, or education related to medical billing or patient registration from an accredited institution, or current certification as a Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA).
  • Pass the PSR pre-employment screening test with a score of 75% or better and the post-employment test with a score of 80% or better.
  • Two years of relevant work experience and/or education.
