About The Position

Patient Services Representative II is primarily responsible for patient intake, registration and collection of co-payments and deductibles. The PSR II assists all patients, vendors, visitors, and clinic personnel at their respective location. The PSR II will float on occasion or as necessary, to other DRCHC sites (Bossier, Gilliam, Haynesville, Minden, or Shreveport).

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least three years of patient/customer service experience

Nice To Haves

• At least two years of health care experience

Responsibilities

• Patient intake and registration
• Collection of co-payments and deductibles
• Assisting patients, vendors, visitors, and clinic personnel
• Floating to other DRCHC sites as necessary
